The branding was the recreation of the macabre exhibition in a studio, with the artist's face being superimposed onto the members of the family to give it a surreal twist. Two key visuals were developed. One with just the husband, was used on the invitation, a B1 fold-out poster, and on billboards around town, while the visual of the 'happy family' was used throughout the thirty page catalogue. The exhibition was inspired by the following article: australian kills her husband, decapitates him, and serves his meat as dinner to their children.
